Teshuva Capital was founded and is managed by Mr. Avriel Rabenou. He holds a Master of Science in Managerial Computer Science from Erasmus University Rotterdam (1997) and an MBA in International Management from the Vlerick Leuven Gent Business School (2009) where he graduated magna cum laude.

In Venlo, The Netherlands is an exciting new venture that harmonizes the relationship between agriculture and technology. UHF plans to roll out major urban indoor vertical farms in Europe over the next three years. Urban Health Farms aims to be the largest indoor farm operator in Europe.

In Antwerp, Belgium, is a diversified group which is involved in real estate, Nitrilife nitrile gloves, Solfay Medical Products, Maimonides Pharmaceutics, Birect e-trade logistics, Solfay steel trading and general manufacturing. The group has offices in Belgium and Russia, and local partners in China, Taiwan and Israel

In Antwerp, Belgium, a creative gluten-free brewery that brews beer style alcoholic beverages without using any grains or malts. Aimed primarily at the celiac and gluten-intolerant drinkers, Sulzbacher’s Ginger Tipple range of drinks is also enjoyed by regular beer lovers.

THE VINCENT HOTEL GROUP

Exit in 2015
In 2009 Teshuva Capital founded and invested in The Vincent Hotel Group (TVHG) in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The novel approach of TVHG was to convert unused office buildings into hotels. Until its sale to Westmont Hospitality Group in 2015, TVHG developed and operated 11 branded hotels, totaling 1906 rooms with Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Hampton by Hilton brand.
Borealis

BOREALIS HOTEL GROUP

Exit in 2019
In 2010 Teshuva Capital invested in the Borealis Hotel Group in Amsterdam, The Netherlands developing, building and operating hotels. The group targets high-traffic locations in major cities and near airports. Each hotel is unique and the group works with brands like Intercontinental Hotels Group, Hilton, Marriott and Accor. Teshuva Capital sold its shares in 2019.
KMC group

KMC GROUP

Exit in 2009
The KMC Group was founded in 2000 in Antwerp, Belgium to provide networking, PC support and ergonomic office furniture. KMC Group introduced solutions for digital video surveillance and technology for long range wireless networks. For the Port of Antwerp KMC Group created one of the largest outdoor wireless networks covering 64 km². KMC Group was sold in 2009.
